My bf’s birthday is coming up, and I am deciding between getting him the new ipod touch or the ipod nano. He likes running, so if I go with the nano, I would also get the Nike sneakers, and the software to track his miles. All that together is around the same price as the ipod touch. I know that it is more practical, esp as you cannot use the touch for running, but I feel the touch is more fun and exciting? I don’t know, any suggestions/advice would be helpful. Thanks!
really quickly to add, my bf is more of a gadgets guy than a running guy. he hates running, but does it to keep in shape. he has said that he wanted the nano with the armband for that reason.

I have recently added songs to iTunes from limewire and it is now in the recently added folder/playlists of iTunes. I now want to transfer those songs in the recently added folder of the iTunes playlists to my iPod. I connected the iPod to the computer and iTunes and tried to transfer the songs but it wont, I can’t do it. How should I transfer those songs from the recently added folder of the iTunes playlists to my iPod? Do you know the steps to do it?

I bought an ipod shuffle today. Everything went smoothly, though I’m a bit concerned. The booklet that came with the ipod states that I should let it charge until green, which is usually 3-4 hours. It’s only been on the charger 15 minutes, and it’s already green! Should I take it off now, or let it continue to charge?

I’ve seen a few like Altec Lensing, JBL, etc around the apple shops, but they seem quite expensive. Anyone has recommendations for other brands which are cheaper but as good in quality?
