Just ask her what her fave color is out of the ones that the iPod comes in. That’s what I did with my brother and he had no clue.

you could say one of your friends just got one and it was blue (or watever) and either say you really like it or dislike it and hopefully she’ll say sumthin like… yea i love the blue or eww i hate the blue, the pink one is the nicest.

go thru a magazine wit tht ipod in it an b around her and b like omg look at the preety ipods i didnt kno they had all these colors and then b like i like the..green one..which one do u likeee or c if shell jus say wut color she likes after u say it

Just act normal and tell her hey I’m thinking of getting an ipod, I like this one… and I’m sure she’ll tell you her opinion. If she doesn’t tell you her opinion then ask her if she’s getting one and what one she would get?

Be talking and looking at stuff. Then say, oh, I like that one best. What is your favorite color? And all innocent talk about it. Or ask about a similar product with similar colors, then if she is suspicious she will be suspiciuos about a different item.

just say omg you know those new ipods? arent they sweet? and stuff like that, then say something like if i could get one it would be ________ (say a colour)
then say what colour would you get?
something like that.
or if shes young and gullible say youre taking a survey for homework and you need to ask people what their fav ipod colour is

tell her that your friend just got one that is insert color here and ask her if she likes it, because you dont. if she says no, ask her what one she does like.

Talk about someone elses Ipod… Downplay it and talk about the pink or blue color being sooooo wrong. (A color you KNOW she doesnt like) or a pattern that is gross. As a ‘by the way’ ask what she thinks would be the best, but dont dwell on it or she will figure it out.

ha! well first you should ask her friends what her favorite color is. did she ask for the ipod shuffle? if she did you could ask her to tell her to write down what color she wants for everything she asked for, and you’lll get the answer, and she will think that you need to know what color she wants for everything without telling her!

Have her go to this site because you went to it and it was really cool. It’s a psychology test where it gives you a kind of personality reading based off of the colors you like most to least. It’s an actual real test that’s fun to do anyways so while having fun with that you will be getting her to select her favorite colors in order of best to worst and BLAMO you not only have her favorite color but some backups as well. Damn I’m clever!

one day go out to the mail box and put a magazine with all the colors of the ipod shuffles. then when ur all in the same room, tell ur partents hey im going out to get the mail. loud enough for ur sister to hear. grab the mail with the magazine on top and start fliping through it randomly, pretending to be interested. then when u walk in sit down and keep fliping soon she will be interested. (if not then just bring this up randomly.) point to the picture of the iPod and say if i got one of these (or if u already have it say wow heres my iPod. which one would u want to make urs?) i would it in ___________ (color). how bout u?

start talking about last years gifts and what you liked and hated and what your friends got that you wished you had got or glad you didn’t get when your mum and sister and you are all together like at dinner or watching T.V bring the conversation round to what your friend is hoping for this year then say that know your friend is getting an ipod shuffle in a disgusting colour and that you would rather it in blue or pink ask your mum and sister what they would choose.. keep the conversation informal and whatever colour she says then that’s how you know. carry on the conversation about presents after her answer though so she don’t get suspicious!
